Article ( 3 ) Conditions for obtaining a certificate of a certified trainer in memory from the Arab Memory Championship Foundation: to obtain a certificate of a certified trainer in memory in any of the previous fields, the following is required:

– Payment of the investment for attending the course in full before the start of the course.

Article ( 4 ) Duties of the certified trainer: The certified trainer must abide by the following:

Obligation to provide the courses licensed to him only, and the courses shall be provided according to the scenario delivered to him.
is obligated to protect the scientific material delivered to it and not to publish it nor provide it to any person or entity whatsoever.

The course is offered for the specific age group (Life and Business memory courses are for the category 15 years and more, the memory courses for university students are for those who currently have the status of (university) or those who have passed the university stage), memory courses for schools for the primary stage are for the group 8-10 years, memory courses for schools for the intermediate stage are for the group 11-14 years, and memory courses for schools for the secondary stage are for the group 15-17 years.

If the course is offered remotely, it will be exclusively through the Arab Championship Foundation platform only in accordance with the conditions for distance training, which will be mentioned later.
After the conclusion of each training course in direct attendance, the trainer is obligated to send a group photo to the course participants showing that everyone received the certificates.
In the event that he is going to train in another Arab country, it is necessary to obtain the approval of the representative of the Arab Memory Championship in that country, with the need for the representative of the championship in that country to benefit from the financial margin for the certificates of that course, estimated at 2 dollars for each certificate (This is in the event that the coach’s balance for these certificates is not from the tournament management via PayPal Direct).
It is obligated to provide the minimum training courses, which is at least one course every three years, because in the event that no i.e. a three-year training course is provided. If he decides to stop his activity as a trainer with the Arab Memory Championship Foundation, he shall not provide lectures, training courses or educational videos in the field of memory for a period of five years.

Article ( 5 ) Certified Trainer Promotion: The promotion of certified trainers shall be according to a transparent and clear system as follows:

First: The path of certified trainers in memory for life: The trainer goes through the following stages:

Certified Trainer in Memory for Life: The trainer obtains this degree once he attends the course and completes the conditions for obtaining the certificate, and he is only entitled to train the Super Memory Diploma course (Level 1).

Fourth: The path of certified trainers in memory for children: The trainer goes through the following stages:

Memory trainer for children for the stage (primary, intermediate or secondary): The trainer obtains this degree for a renewable period of one year after paying $1,000 each year in order to obtain a license to train the trainers in memory for children in his own country for a year. This privilege is granted to one trainer. Article ( 6 ) The rights of the certified trainer: The certified trainer benefits from the following privileges when he adheres to all his duties and continues to be active, even at a minimum level (at least one course each three years) and details of his rights as follows:

Obtaining a certificate of a certified trainer in memory upon completion of all the conditions for obtaining the certificate, as he obtains it in paper form if the course is in attendance, and obtains it electronically if the course is remotely.

Article ( 8 ) Remote training courses: The world may go through some crises that hinder the organization of memory courses in a presence, such as the case with the Corona pandemic, so in such cases it may need Trainers to provide distance memory courses, and the following are the provisions for this type of courses:

Memory training courses are exclusively through the platform of the Arab Memory Championship Foundation, for two main reasons: First, the championship institution already has a remote training platform capable of providing more than one course at the same time and has a professional staff with long experience in running And follow-up on this type of courses with high quality and has a large database that you use in marketing to make the courses succeed remotely. Secondly, remote training is a good opportunity for the tournament management to follow up on the quality of the courses provided by the coaches and provide suggestions for development and improvement, as well as an opportunity to market to coaches through designing marketing videos. The opportunity to present memory courses remotely via the Arab Memory Championship platform is done in all transparency by displaying the schedule of upcoming courses remotely with setting dates according to what the tournament management deems appropriate, and coaches have to communicate with the tournament management to reserve places in the table According to what suits them.

Trainers are free to present lectures remotely via various other platforms, provided that the duration of the lecture does not exceed two hours, that the course strategies are not presented, and that certificates are not presented with fees, because the centers may market these lectures as (a distance training course and not a remote lecture). This will create a conflict of interest with the distance courses of the Arab Memory Championship Foundation.
The minimum required to hold the training course remotely is four registered, where if the time reached nine o’clock in the morning on the day of the start of the course and the number of registrants did not reach that number, the course will be canceled and the trainer will be notified of this, but if the number exceeds the minimum The course proceeds normally.
On the day before the course date, there will be a remote broadcasting experiment with the trainer to make sure that everything will be technically perfect on the day of the course, so the trainer must commit to doing this experiment on the day before the course.
The Arab Championship Foundation is responsible for collecting the rights to participate in the courses remotely, and collection from participants outside Algeria is through the service PayPal ;As for inside Algeria, it is through the service of CCP.
The trainer’s financial rights are transferred by transferring to him directly or by charging his balance as a trainer in the trainers portal as the trainer deems appropriate for him. In calculating the financial rights of the participants in the course, the participant who won the attendance of a free course is excluded, and the trainee is excluded whose attendance was to make up for a day of absence in a previous session, and an exception is made the fellow coach whose attendance of the course was to prepare for a course announced in the courses schedule.
